Refund policy
Our goal at Boil-The-Bag Peanuts is to provide a quality product that meets or exceeds every customer's expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will refund or replace your order if we have made a mistake. Refunds WILL NOT be issued for simply not liking the product. Everyone's taste varies. We cannot be held liable for personal preferences. If a customer places an order in error they will be responsible for purchasing the return shipping label. Upon receipt of the fully intact returned goods, we will issue a full refund minus the initial cost of shipping. Refunds will not be issued if the customer fails to read and understand product details before ordering. In such cases, customers are welcome to purchase a return label and will be refunded minus the initial cost of shipping upon receipt of the fully intact returned goods. Refunds WILL NOT be issued for subscription reorders that the customer fails to cancel or reschedule. Management and cancellations of subscriptions is the responsibility of the customer, not Boil-The-Bag Peanuts.
